Shipping Policy

At Synergy Mobile Audio, we are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the continental United States. Here's how our shipping process works:

Processing Times

●     Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

●     Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for your shipment.

Delivery Requirements

●     Some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.

●     If you feel your shipping address is not secure, we recommend providing an alternative address where someone can reliably receive your package.

Responsibility After Delivery

●     Once the shipment is scanned as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, Synergy Mobile Audio is no longer liable for any loss or theft. We encourage you to track your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it at the time of delivery.

Damaged Shipments

●     If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. The shipping carrier will return the package to us for inspection and processing.

Missed Deliveries

●     For shipments requiring a signature, if delivery is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier will make one additional attempt. After that, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to us.
