Refund policy
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered (excluding pre-order and custom-built merchandise), we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to:
● Batteries
● Alternators
● Subwoofers weighing over 50 lbs (gross weight)
● Amplifiers rated 5,000 watts or more
● Consumable items
● Subwoofer enclosures (all sales are final)

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:
● Items not in their original condition
● Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
● Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds often take time to officially post.
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@Synergymobileaudio.com.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Items sent to Synergy Mobile Audio, LLC for replacement or repair under warranty will be inspected by our technical team.
If an item is found to have failed due to improper tuning, neglect, improper installation, abuse, or acts of nature, it will not be covered under warranty, and the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
To exchange or repair an item under warranty, contact us at support@synergymobileaudio.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please include the RA Number in your return package as well as an enclosed note describing the nature of the failure and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item being returned is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Synergy Audio Solutions is not responsible for return shipping damage or lost items.
